A recent Stanford study claims that organic food has the same nutritional value as food grown conventionally. We feel strongly that organic does make a difference. Here's our opinion.
We at Market 17 passionately support organic food and farming. The recent Stanford study in the news claims that organic food has the same nutritional value as food grown conventionally. Whether this is true or not, let’s remember that choosing organic gives us food that is free from pesticides, hormones, antibiotics and herbicides. The farming methods used to grow organic produce are gentler than conventional means, support biodiversity, and leave the earth in a better state. Organic does make a difference!
